vendor, they provide multiple services for us including drop-shipping,
LTL shipments, item storage, Truckload shipments, etc. They are
timely in processing all orders and their Customer Service is not to be
matched! Their overly friendly and accommodating staff makes my
job much easier. With aggressive customer delivery expectations all
the “rage”, Ship8 helps to meet our customer goals by shipping orders
expeditiously and ensuring any order issues are addressed

fulfilment rate translating to additional orders and partnerships.
I have many examples of exemplary service by SHIP8 INC., but one
important order sticks out in my mind. Our Customer Service team
had made an error in processing an order so when it was time to fulfill,
we realized it was not going to reach the customer in time with normal
processing times. We were able to work with SHIP8 INC. and get that
order out in record time and meet the customers’ deadline! This is a
company processing 10’s of thousands of orders on a daily basis, but
they still took the individual time to work with us on one order to make
one customer happy. That’s the type of Customer Service we want on
our side!
